Journey

Having been raised in a Gujarati family in South Mumbai, and studied at Palmbeach School, Warden Road, you would often find me doodling at the back of a book or on my desk. I was intrigued with the styles of Indian Architecture from History books and that is what lead me to further study the 3 most prominent Indian styles of architecture: namely; Nagara or the northern style, Vesara or mixed style, and the Dravida which is the southern style. Each of them carrying a unique regional influence and lineage.

Further going on to study Interior Design at Rachna Sansad, Mumbai, I would frequently brainstorm with fellow students on how an existing design could be enhanced and simplified both at once. 

Early years involved me associating with fellow designers which lead to open ideas shaping my plastic mind. One such notable designer is Mrs. Jasmine Adenwala, with whom I am associated to this day. Experimenting with fluid designs, abstract lines, colors and textures on the likes of Mr. B.G. Shirke (Shirke Construction Group), Mr. Pankaj Udhas (Indian Ghazal singer), Mr. Balram Singh Yadav (M.D. Godrej Agrovet) and many other compassionate men and women. With most projects scaling the distance of South, Suburban and Navi Mumbai, Koregaon Park, Magarpatta (Pune) and Malabar Hill, among other locations.
